Double Chocolate PB Brownies

Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies. Yum.

Start with your favorite Brownie recipe. Bake in a deep pan. While they're baking, mix together 1/2 a cup of superfine sugar, 4 tbsp of melted unsalted butter, 3/4 cup of your favorite peanut butter and 1 tsp of vanilla. When there's about 5 minutes of cooking time left (or more, if you don't want the gooey peanut butter on top, it'll turn into a solid part of the brownie with more cooking time) spoon onto the top of the brownies and spread over its top. Finish baking, let cool for five minutes and enjoy! Careful, they're super rich. Awesome with ice cream (=
