Chocolate Rum Cake

Today I learned that it is probably not the smartest thing to attempt to take photos of cakes that are in your refrigerator. People don't realize that you are in fact, holding a camera with your head in your fridge, and sometimes, you get a lens full of chocolate. Thankfully, both camera and cake survived.

These are the first few layers of a 4 layer chocolate rum cake, with dark chocolate ganache between the layers. Hopefully it'll win me a prize in the competition it's being entered in tomorrow!
